Luke Warburton

Luke Warburton brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of complex projects across both the public and private sectors in metropolitan Sydney and regional New South Wales. His career reflects a deep understanding of construction methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven project delivery across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Luke’s expertise covers the full project lifecycle—from early-stage design and feasibility through to procurement, site management, and final handover. His ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a sharp focus on timelines and budgets has consistently resulted in high-quality outcomes for clients and partners alike.
As General Manager of BI+C, Luke plays a central role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and ensuring its successful execution across all projects. He is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, overseeing project planning and delivery, managing site teams and contractors, and upholding the company’s standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.
Luke also works closely with the Director and Advisors to align project outcomes with BI+C’s broader vision—delivering purpose-built, commercially sound developments that contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.

Michael Correa

Michael Correa is the Director of BI+C and a Director of Verdecon Pty Ltd.
With deep regional insight and a hands-on leadership approach, Michael oversees strategic growth initiatives and partnerships that position Byron Industrial as a trusted name in industrial and commercial property.
Drawing on over two decades of experience in senior roles across corporate and institutional banking in the Asia-Pacific region, Michael brings financial acumen and cross-border expertise to complex property ventures.
His leadership at BI+C reflects a commitment to sustainable development, community integration, and best-practice project delivery—underpinned by a belief in long-term value creation for clients and regional stakeholders.

Dean Ipaviz

Dean Ipaviz is a nationally recognised advocate for sustainable construction, a licensed builder, co-founder and Director of Verdecon, a certified B Corp construction company leading the charge in responsible, carbon-neutral building practices. With over 15 years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial sectors, Dean combines practical expertise with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and innovation in the built environment.
As an Advisor and Shareholder at BI+C, Dean provides strategic guidance across sustainability, project methodology, and business development. His insight helps ensure that BI+C integrates environmentally responsible design and delivery principles into every stage of its operations—balancing commercial outcomes with community and ecological considerations.
Dean’s broader influence spans media and education: he has featured as a presenter on ABC’s Escape from the City and Foxtel’s The Repair Shop Australia and serves as an ambassador for Surfers for Climate’s, promoting greener construction approaches across the industry.

Matt Baker

Matt Baker is a seasoned construction professional with over a decade of experience delivering complex commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects. As a Director at Verdecon, Matt oversees the company’s Sydney operations and project teams, ensuring each build is executed with precision, accountability, and excellence. He is widely respected for his technical knowledge, pragmatic leadership, and ability to navigate challenges with calm, confident decision-making.
In his role as Advisor and Shareholder at BI+C, Matt brings his extensive site experience and leadership capabilities to support the company’s operational delivery. He plays a key role in mentoring site teams, advising on construction methodology, and maintaining quality and performance across all active projects.
